It helps bring all of your systems into alignment easily, gently and efficiently, promoting deep relaxation and restoration of the mind, body, heart and soul, all critical for conception and growth of new life! Recipients need only to be open to receiving.
Reiki can alleviate many common discomforts, give relief to anything from physical pain or tension to mental/emotional strife such as looping thoughts, insomnia and anxiety. 
Freed from physical and emotional discomforts, recipients will often sleep more soundly and feel more relaxed and connected with themselves and loved ones.

Because this special form of healing reduces tension and anxiety, the body can relax and therefore conceive more easily. Among other things, infertility can be caused by an imbalance in hormones, obesity, or stress. All of these are considered symptoms of chakra imbalance, which can be aided by the simple healing power of Reiki.

In addition to providing stress relief and supporting emotional and mental balance, Reiki can assist the growth of follicles and recruitment of healthy eggs during a woman’s cycle, as well as the fertilization of eggs and assisting the embryo to implant in the uterine lining.

With Reiki, before conception occurs, many women note their periods become regulated, they experience less pain and their emotional state improves significantly. In many cases, women become pregnant within just a few months of beginning reiki treatments, but they often choose to continue the sessions throughout the pregnancy for its value to the mother and growing child.

Your Reiki Practitioner

Sarah Denio is the Founder of KindNest and has been an Okuden Level II trained Reiki Practitioner since April 2018. Sarah begins each appointment with an optional opportunity for clients to share the reason for their visit. This is optional and can help clients relax into the session but in truth, no discussion is required -- given that Reiki is an intuitively guided energy, it will flow to wherever it is needed! (Neither the recipient nor practitioner need to "know" what needs healing; it will naturally happen through the inherent nature of how Reiki works.) 

COVID SAFETY GUIDANCE
At this time, clients are required to wear a mask and Sarah wears both a mask as well as a face shield throughout In-Person Reiki appointments.
